Here’s the issue: The Tornado Cash story raises a challenging question for the Web3 and DeFi community: can DAO members be held liable for the actions of bad actors on a protocol the members develop?

And for regulators and policymakers: the question is simple. What do the rules and regs need to look like in a Web3 world?
